The fixed price should be paid within 7 days from your blocking to confirm the booking .
In case of no show or cancellation of the date within 20 days of the show the amount will not be refunded.
In case of over sales of the tickets, damage done to any property of the auditorium, the artist/group must pay a fine decided by the management.
The group is requested to put up posters at least 15days before the date of the show at the venue in it’s designated place only.
The right to allotment of the date is in the discretion of the management.
The slots are divided as following:
Afternoon: 3PM- 10PM
Troupes will ensure that a member of the audience does not step onto the stage either before or after the show.
The greenrooms and auditorium have to be vacated within 1.5 hr after the show, failing which a sum of Rs.200/- per hour (or part thereof) will be charged additionally.
Use of Generators for any reason other than running the show when there is a power shutdown,will be charged extra.
If the entire show has to be run on generator to ensure uninterrupted supply, then additional charges towards running the generator would be applicable. The prevailing rates can be checked from the office.
The rental as above is for the use of auditorium only. Use of any additional space in ground floor or foyers (on any floor) for workshops or any other purpose will be charged extra. The prevailing rates may be checked from the office.
Bookings are confirmed only on payment of full rental amount and deposit preferably in cash, DD or NEFT. Issue the DD in the name of Prabhath Auditoriums.
In case of a cancellation 30 days or more before the show date, the troupe will be offered an alternative date for performance, subject to availability in subsequent months.
The booking cannot be transferred/ exchanged by any troupe/ organization, unless agreed upon in writing by Prabhath Auditoriums.
If for any reason, the material has to be brought in on the previous day, prior
permission is required.
Any Prabhath Auditoriums material required by the troupe may be taken with
permission from the in charge of the Auditorium.
Any Prabhath Auditoriums material used by the troupes should also be cleared
within 1.5 hr and should be put back in the place from where they were taken.
The troupe is responsible for any material of Prabhath Auditoriums used by them and in case of any damage or short coming of such material, the troupe shall reimburse the full cost of such material to Prabhath Auditoriums.
10 tickets will be given to the management for KEA and KH
We discourage the troops /organizers to handle the lights or the light bars.
Any accident caused during your booking hours to the members of your troop/organization is not in the responsibility of the Management.
We are not responsible for your personal belongings.
Any natural calamities , strikes , riots or at acts of terrorism the auditorium shall remain close and the amount shall be refunded.
Air conditioning shall be made available 0.5 hr before the show starts till the end of the show. In case the show duration exceeds 2.5 hrs, an additional electricity charge of Rs 300/- will be charged per 0.5hr.
Prabhath Auditoriums shall offer all the materials mention in the FOC any additional equipment provided from auditorium side will be charged.
At the time of booking or 7 days before the show, the troupe must inform Prabhath Auditoriums of any additional light and other technical requirements.
In case the troupe requires more lights, it will have to hire them from Prabhath Auditoriums only. In case Prabhath Auditoriums does not meet the requirement, the troupe may hire those lights only, from elsewhere with prior permission. Prabhath Auditoriums shall offer competitive rates for hiring of extra lights.
No night set-up allowed.
In case the troupes print and sell additional tickets, then all such additional revenue will accrue to Prabhath Auditoriums.
Troupes will be allowed to put up their publicity material only at the specified spaces and notice boards at Prabhath Auditoriums . For any extra publicity material display, permission must be sought.
If the troupe wishes to distribute any brochure/ publicity material to the audience at the time of the show, prior permission should be sought from Prabhath Auditoriums . The Management reserves the right to allow/ charge an extra fee for such promotional activities.
Prabhath Auditoriums discourages any payments/ tips/ gifts to any of its staff members or agencies employed by Prabhath Auditoriums .
All Group/Organization are advised to disclose full facts of their sponsors. In case the sponsorship is not finalized at the time of booking the group/Organization shall intimate to Prabhath Auditoriums in writing immediately on its happening.
The group/organization’s booking shall stand cancelled in case Prabhath Auditoriums notices any breach of the above condition.
PLACEMENT OF HOARDINGS/PUBLICITY MATERIALS
1 Display of any hoardings, banners or flex is permitted only after clearance from the management of Prabhath Auditoriums , at least two weeks in advance.
PS: The Rules and Regulations listed here may be changed from time to time at the discretion of Prabhath Auditoriums . In case of any dispute the decision of the Prabhath Auditoriums Management is final.
